Hydrophobic Prediction Model and Experimental Study of PMMA Surface Microstructure Prepared by Femtosecond Laser Direct Writing

In this paper, a femtosecond laser removal model of PMMA was built, and the surface primary secondary microstructures were fabricated. The morphology wettability measured analyzed by an ultra-depth three-dimensional microscope contact angle measuring instrument. results showed that direct writing processing microstructure changed from hydrophilic state to hydrophobic state. Meanwhile, size parameters multistage on optimized, according numerical simulation. optimized could exceed 150°, achieving superhydrophobicity surface.
